I/We confirm that no enforcement measures (payment orders, proceedings for a sworn statement of assets, etc.) are pending against me/us, that no bankruptcy or composition proceedings have been applied for or opened, and that the above information is complete and correct. I/We understand that incorrect information may lead to refusal or termination of the loan applied for. I/We authorise the institution commissioned to arrange the financing to obtain a report from the SCHUFA company responsible for my/our place of residence (Schutzgemeinschaft für allgemeine Kreditsicherung) and to report data to it concerning failure to perform contractual obligations.
